CRM-ECOM
A CRM for marketplace sellers: orders, buyer messages, stock and listings for eBay and Cdiscount in one place.
What CRM-ECOM does
CRM-ECOM brings the day-to-day work of a marketplace seller into one web application. It is currently used in production by its first seller account (pilot, eBay.fr).
- Orders: a unified view of marketplace orders, with a "to process" filter and buyer and item details.
- Customer service: buyer messages, returns, cases and disputes in a single inbox.
- Stock: product references, stock levels and synchronisation of available quantities to marketplace listings.
- Listings: creation and revision of fixed-price listings, with category and item specifics lookup.
- Product catalogue: catalogue imported from the seller's eBay inventory, used as context for customer service.
- Profitability and invoicing: per-product profitability by marketplace, and sales invoices built from order data.
- Listing performance: listing inventory with key indicators and recommendations; no action is sent to eBay without a click by the seller.
eBay integration
- Each seller connects their own eBay account through eBay OAuth. CRM-ECOM only acts on the account that granted access.
- All eBay calls go through one central client with rate limiting and exponential backoff.
- APIs used: Trading API (listings, messages, orders), Browse API (market price checks), Taxonomy API (categories and item specifics).
- CRM-ECOM is subscribed to eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications (see below).
Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026.
Data we process
- Data of the connected seller account: listings, stock, orders and messages, retrieved from the marketplace APIs with the seller's authorisation.
- Buyer data contained in orders and messages (for example user ID, name and delivery address), used only to fulfil and support those orders.
Why we process it
Only to provide the features described above to the seller who connected the account: order handling, customer service, stock synchronisation, listings and invoicing. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing and not used for advertising.
Storage and security
- Data is stored in the application's database and is accessible only to the connected seller.
- eBay access tokens are kept server side and are never exposed in the browser.
eBay account deletion
CRM-ECOM is subscribed to eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When an eBay user closes their account, eBay sends a notification to our endpoint. We acknowledge it immediately, record the notification, and then permanently delete all data relating to that user (identified by the username, user ID or EIAS token in the notification) from CRM-ECOM, including the copies held for orders and messages, except where the law requires a record to be kept (for example a sales invoice). Deletion notifications themselves are erased after 90 days.
Retention
Seller data is kept while the seller uses CRM-ECOM. When a seller stops using CRM-ECOM, their data is deleted on request, except records that the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Requests are handled through the seller who uses CRM-ECOM, or through eBay's own account deletion process described above.
